Certified Balanced Body Pilates instructor, Vladislava transforms movement into art, blending her background in ballet and ballroom dance. Her journey began in 2015, overcoming health challenges through Pilates. Today, she inspires all levels with energizing Mat, Reformer, and apparatus sessions.

Anna, certified TRX trainer and functional training specialist, focuses on postpartum recovery and athletic women’s programs. A Candidate Master of Sport in Climbing and biochemist (PhD), she’s studying physiotherapy, emphasizing functional movement and safety.
